- Arrive a few minutes before your appointment
- Await entry until invited
- No handshakes or hugs (sorry!)
- Only those with appointments should attend (personal assistants and parents with child having service, exceptions)
- Hand sanitizer upon entering
- Please allow us to assist you with your retail purchases
- Wear your own comfortable mask or we will provide one ($3.00)
- Please discuss options at time of booking if unable to wear a mask
- Covid-19 pre-screening questionnaire will be reviewed upon arrival
- No outside food or drinks
- Bottled water will be offered in Spa
